A Review of Basic Bioinformatic Techniques for Microbial Community Analysis in an Anaerobic Digester

چکیده

Biogas production involves various types of intricate microbial populations in an anaerobic digester (AD). To understand the digestion system better, a broad-based study must be conducted on population. Deep understanding complete metagenomics including structure, functional gene form, similarity/differences, and relationships between metabolic pathways product formation, could aid optimization enhancement AD processes. With advancements technologies for metagenomic sequencing, example, next generation sequencing high-throughput have revolutionized dynamics digestion. This review includes brief introduction to basic process research detailed summary bioinformatics approaches, viz., total investigation data obtained from communities using methods expose characterization. (1) DNA isolation (2) techniques, (3) application analysis community biogas production, (4) restriction prediction metagenomics. The has been concluded, giving summarized insight into bioinformatic tools also promoting future prospects integrating humungous with artificial intelligence neural network software.
